Shipping & Tracking

We ship WORLDWIDE, including US, Canada, Australia, Europe, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, and Macau; over 200 countries.

International We offer free international shipping via DHL for orders above $150.

International We ship orders Monday through Friday (no weekends). All international orders are shipped via DHL and should arrive within 3–5 business days.

Please note: all shipping estimates are approximate due to COVID-19 delays. Shipping carriers are experiencing heavy volumes and we’re seeing more delays than usual (both domestic and international). You may also notice gaps and inconsistencies in your tracking information, so we apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for unworn and undamaged items. All items must arrive in the condition they were received along with the original tags and packaging. Failing to meet these requirements will result in a fee. We cannot accommodate exchanges for international customers at this time.

We do our best to refund you as soon as possible. Nevertheless, it can take up to 30 business days to process your refund once we’ve received the package. We will send you an email confirmation once it’s complete. We advise you to check your order status on your account.


We have a committed logistics team and the utmost trust in our couriers. However, we do recognize that in rare cases, things may not go according to plan. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier has dropped them off. If your package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier and you haven’t received it, we suggest the following:

-Check with your neighbors and look around the vicinity of your residence. Sometimes shipping carriers leave packages in hidden locations to prevent theft.
-Verify the shipping address on your order to make sure it’s accurate.
-We kindly ask that you wait at least 3 business days to see if it turns up. Shipping carriers often mark packages as delivered preemptively due to slip-ups in operations.

Orders & Payment

We currently support PayPal, Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Union Pay, Wechat Pay, and Alipay payments for international orders.

All duties and taxes are calculated into the final price before you complete payment. In most cases, this means you won’t have to pay extra charges upon receiving the package (but this does vary depending on the country). Duties and taxes are non refundable.

You can manage your order by logging into your account. If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address or need to cancel your order, please reach out immediately to info@coconutsea.com.
We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Your privacy is very important to us. We have adopted the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) mechanism to encrypt data transmissions, and have firewalls to block illegal intrusions in order to guard your personal information.

You can only apply one discount code at a time.

After applying discount code, the amount cannot be zero.

Not all items are eligible for discount codes.

Discount codes cannot be used with gift cards or first time shopping discounts.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed as cash or be used towards shipping costs.

To update your name, email address, password, or view your subscription status on your COCONUTSEA account, follow these steps:

Go on the COCONUTSEA website and tap on “Sign In” on the top right corner of the screen.

Fill in your email and password.

From there, you will be able to update and/or view your account details.

Don't forget to save your changes!

Yes, you can! You can shop at COCONUTSEA as a guest without registering an account. You cannot track your order status, hence, for your convenience join as our member to track your order!

Products & Sizing

Keep your jewelry away from perspiration, water, perfume and cosmetics. This is especially important for our gold-plated pieces which are more prone to oxidation and tarnishing.

Gently wipe off make-up and oils after each wearing. When putting on lotion, makeup, hair products, etc, make sure to remove your jewelry. Never expose jewelry to household cleaning products. It is not advised to expose jewelry to chlorine swimming pools or hot tubs.

Store jewelry in our mermaid seashell case or the original COCONUTSEA pouch (and keep it in a cool, dry spot) to maintain luster and prolong life.

Yes, if you’d like to purchase an item that’s currently out of stock, head over to the product page and click the red “Notify Me When Available” button. We will send you an email notification as soon as the product is available for purchase.

If the product you’re looking for is no longer on the site, it means we do not have plans to restock it. So sorry!

Our waxed surf bracelets are 100% waterproof. They’re made from post-consumer recycled plastic. All of these materials can be worn in the water.
