Return Policy
- Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Original Packaging Required
- No exchanges on orders shipped internationally.
For any refund/exchange issues please follow the steps:
- Please fill in the refund form online
- Send it back on info@coconutsea.com
- Please finish within 7 days after you receive the product.
When requesting a refund, please note the following
- Secure the product in the original packaging, and include the receipt and the return form.
- Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won't be accepted for return.
- Shipping costs on returns are not covered by COCONUTSEA.
- We don’t accept any pre-order refunds.
Non Defective Disclaimer:
- Please understand that all items at COCONUTSEA are individually handmade, and will have subtle variations from piece to piece.
- Slight variations in color, shape and size may occur within the products displayed on our website. This is not a fault with the product but a natural characteristic of the design, which is beyond our control.The size may vary between 0.25-0.5 inches (0.5-1cm).
- Depending on your computer monitor, the appearance of colors may vary.
- During transportation or manufacturing, minor scratches on the surfaces are possible, however, these are not considered defects.
- Products are handcrafted, therefore may have some unavoidable residual glue and minor misalignment of stones. However, these are normal conditions which cannot be avoided. Blackening of ear tips: The blackening is caused by welding at the factory, but in order to avoid allergic reactions, no electroplating brightening treatment is performed. This is not a defect.
- Sweat can damage the electroplating layer. Improper cleaning or frequent wearing may cause jewelry to turn black.
- Natural stones, jade, and pearls have natural irregular patterns or impurities, which are normal, not a defect.
- Curved Earring Pins: Most of the earrings pins are silver-plated. The pins are soft and thin, it is common for them to curve slightly.
